Hi! I’m Ellie, and I am about to start my third year on BA (Hons) in Interior Architecture & Design. In my spare time, I enjoy going to karaoke nights, watching movies(some of my favourites are ‘La La Land’ and ‘The Greatest Showman’), listening to music, playing games, and doing some arts and crafts.
I wanted to join the ResLife team because I love supporting and assisting others. Hey, I’m Ethan and I’m starting my third year of my Psychology degree. My hobbies and interests include both watching and playing football, playing pool/snooker and golf with my friends. For my favourite films, it is usually anything with Adam Sandler, probably Shutter Island and Inception both starring Leonardo DiCaprio and all the Marvel movies.
I applied to join the ResLife Team as I have a passion for helping other students who may be overwhelmed or apprehensive about their transition to university life. I had a very positive experience living in student accommodation in my first year so I want to ensure future students have a similar, if not better, experience. I have just finished a year abroad in Canada so I have first-hand experience of being an international student in a new environment. Therefore, I can reflect on this to provide further support to international students visiting Lincoln too.
